    Unfortunately, the author has written "see page x" so many times that it's annoying. The page numbers simply don't correspond to anything in an e-book as the font size is variable. Authors have to adjust to this new medium by doing something more generic like "see chapter x, section z" or else publishers/apple have to include hypertext links in the e-book versions.
