  • Good book but missing something important

    I heard about Drew and his journey at the beginning. I was intrigued and followed his progress on the website. Excellent stuff and pretty groundbreaking way to get a new perspective in his field in my opinion. I've read the book and enjoyed it. What I'm missing though are his progress pictures. When you are selling a book about Fit2Fat2Fit you need to show this! Whoever put together the ebook version (I have not looked through the physical version of the book), a book about someone gaining then losing over 70lbs need to have the images to have impact. Given the book subject matter and the authors perseverence, I would have rated this purchase 5 stars if it just had that one element.

    This book is a great book in my opinion. Speaks of the experience and details all the work he went through to achieve his goals. Detailed info on meal plans, procedures and work outs. For people who are lost and have no clue where to start. This book is a great spark to start a healthy, active lifestyle.
  • Meal plan

    This book not only had a great story of Drew's experience, but also has great recipes and meal plans. At the age of 35 I kept feeling my waist expand and I refuse to go up another pant size. What I really needed was more healthy options to my meals and snacks and this book really helps. I had researched other healthy recipes, but Drew keeps these simple and interesting, and they really work. In the few days that I've been on the meal plan I already feel my pants loosening up and my abs firming up. I'm really excited to continue these new eating habits and to break my old habits. Thanks Drew for you efforts.

    I really enjoyed reading this book. Drew did a good job of putting his whole Fit2Fat2Fit journey in perspective. He is able to put across the fact that balance is key and took time to explain the finer points of getting fit and healthy. Definitely a great book for someone who has just made the big decision to live a healthier lifestyle. Even veteran fitness gurus can learn from his experience. This book is well-written and an enjoyable read. I recommend it without reservations... and by the way I lost 30lbs following his workout and meal plans, to reach my healthy weight goal.
