    Even though the heroine is supposed to be in her mid twenties, she acts like she's 14-15. I could not finish this book.

    So I'm like 171 pages in and she just she is so dumb to be with Wyatt like what the hell?!! But then again I understand why she did it. Even if it's dumb it helps the story line. I just hope it's a good outcome.

    Such a great romantic story! It has some of everything: heartache, love, longing, turmoil, and romance. It's a full story too, it does not short you on the character development or their stories. It's complete and not rushed. So worth reading and enjoying!

    The good: the book is well written, it has a strong beggining. The book begins by giving a long background about the history of the characters. Julia is 16, new in town, and beautiful. Jaxson is the bad boy in town who is judged because of the sins of his father. Jaxson saves Julia one day and they become unlikely best friends. They both love eachother but she doesn’t have the courage to say anything and he thinks he isn’t good enough (he friend zone’s her for half the book). The bad: the book is repetetive. I read half the book until I realized it was just going around in circles. Julia is friend zoned for so long and she would rather settle and wait for Jaxson for 6 years, barely having a relationship with anybody, while Jaxson sleeps around the whole time. Then he comes back to town and Julia forgives everything pretty much the moment she sees him, even though she plays hard at it. The book get’s boring it feels long, and I think it could easily be cut in half. I am not usually such a harsh reviewer but I ams urprised how many people have not pointed these things out and like the book with no complaint.
