The show debuts local designer’s spring 2011 lines alongside a premier lineup of local bands.    More than simply a runway rock show, Voltage: Fashion Amplified serves as a design incubator that helps designers make a business of their art. Hands-on Design Workshops, meetings with industry professionals from the Design Panel and with wholesale fabric reps help designers develop, source and create their spring lines.
